  • Processing & Handling time: Next business day. This is in addition to dispatch times mentioned below. 
  • Dispatch Delivery options available:
  • Standard Parcels: 2-4 business days via Evri = £2.99
  • Large Letters (standard 2-4 business day delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class).
  • Express Parcels: 1-3 business days usually via APC Overnight UK or UPS = £4.99 
  • Couriers used can vary due to delivery location and item length/weight. Where possible, Royal Mail is avoided due to recent disruption from strike action. In some circumstances, some parcels may be sent via FedEx, Parcelforce or via a pallet company.  


(Please Note: we cannot offer next day delivery on items over 2kg to the following destinations: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and remote areas of Scotland. Please email us for a delivery quote if this effects you).

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, simply drop us an email at customerservices@smartsonline.co.uk detailing what it is you would like changed.

If you would like to collect directly from us at a time that suits you please send us an email at customerservices@smartsonline.co.uk to arrange a suitable time slot. Collections can only be arranged during office opening hours.
